Kim contested the position with Okonjo-Iweala and Dr. Anthonio Ocampo and was elected by the Bank’s Board of Directors on Monday in Washington DC.
He would take over from Mr. Robert Zoellick who would complete his tenure on June 30, 2012, the News Agency of Nigeria reports.
Yarnz says : we are proud of you Ngozi, the mere fact you were a contestants puts Nigeria and the African continent in the fore front of the worlds economy matters.
